This was me when I'd dreamt since I was an early teen of being a computer programmer and working at Microsoft. I started the comp sci program in college and fucking hated it. Went and got a 2yr degree for doing tech support. Went back to college at 41 for public history and haven't been happier.

and attempting to erase any contributions by African American soldiers, but please, tell me again that Republicans are 'America First' and pro-military when 20% of US soldiers are African American. This entire regime is made up of the most despicable, racist pieces of shit alive today. /end

But now he's demanding $230 million for the investigations into his illegal activities? That grand juries of his peers indicted him for? I guess grifters gonna grift, and his sycophants will happily get behind him, hoping a few nickels might fall out for them to pick up. /end

A president's salary is $400k/year, or $1.6mil per 4-year term. So that's $1.6mil he redirected to other federal departments in his first term, plus the additional $1.6mil for the second (assuming he completes it). That's $3.2mil total Trump has or will return to the Treasury. 2/

But with Trump admitting he and Vought are doing this arbitrarily, they'll take all the blowback if they actually have the stones to follow through, not Democrats.

I hate to tell you this, Pete, but General Grant had more honor, respect, and support of his men than you could ever hope to have. And he lost more knowledge of military strategy and tactics squatting in an outhouse than you'll accumulate in your whole life.
