I have 3 kids and all of them refer to my best friend as "uncle" .... Why??
Because my partner and I encouraged it as a aunt or uncle isnt just a family member it's a person the parents trust as in this is a person you are safe around

Not American myself but I'm going to guess trump's administration will just empty the fund that finances it and just say we didn't suspend it , we just reallocated the funds temporarily to higher priority causes due to democrats refusal to fund the government
