I have a treasured memory of Christmas 1981, listening to my new Queens Greatest Hits album on big headphones and chomping away at the contents of a big tin of Quality Street - all by the twinkling lights of the Christmas tree.

Watching a film and in one scene a record player is playing ‘Popcorn’, giving me PTSD and flashbacks of dancing to it in a draughty PE hall, wearing massive blue shorts and a white vest.

I once worked with a bloke who often used the phrase ‘In the steam of things’. I didn’t have the heart to point out it was ‘scheme’.
