Some news (and a keyboard)

I thought I'd like the Arc60 a lot, but I think I timed my receipt of this wrong so I don't appreciate it as much as I should. Still not convinced a New Nixie in the spacebar was a good idea. Maybe I need to use it more.

Oh, and the next collab. Arriving this summer. 😃

Finished the Minerva last night. HMX Sunset Gleam switches on alu. Topped with GMK Honor Dark. The spacebar that came in the set was audibly ugly. I popped a white 7u from my BRG set and it worked great. complements the e-white weight (not pictured).

In honor of my kid's 7th birthday, here's a keyboard I built with her in mind. Seriously, last year she asked me "can you make a pink and purple keyboard?"

Didn't look as I imagined. But definitely cool. Might need to put these on a white keyboard for the keycaps to pop better.

Transplant day. Bauer Lite has had GMK Norse on it for a while, but I've also had X-Ray for a while, too. Clear keyboard, semi-clear keycaps? Seems like a good idea. Stay tuned.

My Encore from Mode x Mod Musings. Black aluminum with an Oak accent. Soldered PCB, running Cherry MX New Nixies, topped with GMK JIS keycaps.

Plugged this in for the first time in a couple of months and man this just feels great.

Here's my Neo Ergo. Ano-green matched with NicePBT British Racing Green keycaps. Bolsa Namazu linear switches are super light and are great with the construction of this tented ergo.

#Balatro update:

Achieved Completionist! Unlocked and discovered the entire collection. Petroglyph was hidden from me for about a week and a half haha

Next, I need to clear Gold Stake on something.

Playing non-stop since mobile launch in September. Haven't played in a couple of days, though. Need to discover two more vouchers and I'll have the collection completed. Also need to work on getting/completing Gold Stake on all decks.

The QK65 Stone Age was my first foray into mechanical keyboards that weren't mass-produced off-the-shelf brands. It was a limited run and in a group buy back in mid 2022. Only recently did I purchase the matching keycaps and they look great. Paired this with Bolsa Zaku II tactile switches.

Finally got an e! Thanks, 6x Lucky Cat and 7x Constellation! Couldn't fix my deck enough to get further (most glass red seal kings plz), but did enough to make the chip counter go brrrrr

New high score in Balatro. Finally got past Ante 12. I haven't gotten the elusive "e" score yet, but hopefully I'll get there soon. Also just need to discover two more vouchers and I'll have the whole Collection!

Finally unlocked Erratic Deck after beating Plasma/Orange. Unlocked everything except two vouchers. This game is the best kind of wrong-for-you.
