Sometimes the Gracenote image database that XM uses comes up really wrong, but usually they share the same 1st names. I was surprised to see Rodney Dangerfield’s image come up for a young sounding Jacob Collier, but after looking it up he was born Jacob Cohen, so I guess… Jacob

I got some caricatures made of my kids for Mother’s Day - my son’s arrived before but my daughters didn’t on time so I had to improvise and make my 1st one ever as a placeholder.
I’m no artist but it felt good to try and not use AI

Game 1: #MetalGearSolid This has to be my favorite all around game for the combination of story / lore, sneaking, action, bosses, characters, and cutscenes. Each subsequent play through is a fond memory of the 1st time I rented it in ‘99 and finished it over a weekend. Kojima made a winner.

Game 1: #MetalGearSolid This has to be my favorite all around game for the combination of story / lore, sneaking, action, bosses, characters, and cutscenes. Each subsequent play through is a fond memory of the 1st time I rented it in ‘99 and finished it over a weekend. Kojima made a winner.
Game 2: #ZeldaTearsOfTheKingdom I’ve always loved the Zelda games and so many of them are amazing. This one is great that it ties to the lore, builds on exploration, adds challenge, and made me feel like the 120+ hours were all worth it.

Game 3: #DeadSpace2 My favorite survival horror game and the best of the original 3. Always suspenseful, and the feature that it didn’t pause your game when you were in the inventory / menus and you could still get attacked was something.

Game 4: #MetroidPrime I love both the original GameCube version & Wii motion control remastered update. Such a great balance of exploration, lore, and action. Great music as well. It felt like a perfect 3D mold of Super Metroid.

Game 5: #RedDeadRedemption My favorite open world sandbox game and 1 of 2 games my kids called “dad’s horse game”. Like GTA but with honor & consequences. Yes, I still need to play RDR2, and that’s going to be another 100+ immersive hours.

Game 6: #DeadlyPremonition Such an unforgettable experience and a game I kept thinking about after finishing. It’s a great example where the story & characters elevate a game so far beyond any performance things. I continue to play any SWERY game I can because of this one. Isn’t that right, Zach?

Game 7: #Hades My favorite roguelike game and every play through felt like just enough progress to keep wanting more. Great music. Great art. Great weapons. Great customization options as you went through a run.

Game 9: #SpaceQuestIII Animated text adventures were so much fun and Sierra made a lot of the best. The humor and parodies in Space Quest made it unforgettable. This one is etched in my long term memory after so many playthroughs & I played through it the other year in under an hour.
