Jane Dough and I have been on a JOURNEY. I thought I killed her a few times... she moved to a bigger house... I dumped some of her and gave her a big new feed of the original flour, I wrapped her in a heated wrap and voila! She's good!

My sourdough journey has begun! For now I'm calling her Jane Dough. Here she is Day 1 and 2, she grew!!!
