So today is my 33rd birthday and to celebrate I took myself to see the Les Mis arena tour twice in 1 day. I cried multiple times both shows and I have a weakness for Enjolras.

So work's been interesting this week. On the verge of being a poor relocated soul on my team and I had an HR 1:1 last week getting some further information that I needed seeing as it's going from £0 to get to work (unless it rains bad) to £120 a month with relocation.

Last panto rehearsal tonight before first show tomorrow. The "professional" has done nowt on desks for the 2nd year in a row and once again, I am Little Miss Not Enough Arms working 2 LX desks at once. Bring on Saturday when I can crack open my prosecco!!!

Being an LX lass is fun... Stage desk cues are all up and running. FOH desk cues are being sorted next week hopefully when our "professional" is back to hook up his movers.

Round 2 of panto lights today. Hopefully the cables have come so I can play with the movers. And I'm probably going to be argued with by the "professional" because his numbers for the movers are wrong and I've taken more time this year to understand desk capabilities.

Realised during rehearsals tonight, Time Warp is haunting my tech girl life. Last show I worked on with it in, I broke a geet big prop spider and cried over a cup of blue WKD while my singing teacher clipped the leg back in place... This year I'm on lights away from breaking stuff. 🤣
