The hubris that tech doesn’t need to be co-created, monitored and utilized by subject matter experts with tangible experience in real world application is driving the quality of real life knowledge into a ditch

I lost my dad to leukemia in 2020 (documented linked to agent o exposure-Vietnam). VA hospital in Seattle took good care of him before he died - he absolutely loved the nurses and staff there (and they him). He always made sure to talk to me about his fellow veterans and to stand up for their care.
