No prison time for #DanielPenny, the man accused of killing fellow subway rider Jordan Nelly on a F train last year. Neely had schizophrenia and passengers say he was yelling threats before Penny placed him in a chokehold for six minutes.
Jury finds Daniel Penny not guilty in NYC subway chokehold case
Prosecutors had dropped the top charge against Penny, manslaughter, on Friday.
