Yes, I have been so lucky to work with some brilliant ones as well. It really is an area that underestimated in SLT.

Hard agree. I have always liked them (even when the head kept referring to the wrong data despite the headings 🙄) Generally, I see it as a great opportunity to articulate and be challenged as a ML and to ‘test’ out your ideas and vision - middle leadership can be a little of an island otherwise.
