Incidentally, if anyone wants my advice re: diagnosis of neurodivergence:
Autism -- unless you have a pressing reason like adjustments at work, don't try, and even then be wary. In 2020 at the height of covid, autistic patients were getting DNRs without their consent. Self-diagnosis is fine.

Seeking a diagnosis was avoided when I was a child to "prevent stigma"
I managed to not be stigmatized by a specific diagnosis, but my bullies all knew I was different/strange/quiet/queer
Discovering as a 30+yo and bringing it to parents for them to be like:
yeah, we know, we were just ignoring it
