Proper lovely show from @markradcliffe.bsky.social and @marcrileydj.bsky.social tonight. It was nostalgic, warm, engaging, informative and most of all, really, really funny. Thank you both for your years of service. We’re lucky to have you. #MarkAndLard

I’m trying to get less crap at photographing the moon. This was a handheld effort this morning of the #WolfMoon outside my house. I’ve had to wait a few days because we’ve had cloud and mist most of the week. #Moon #Astrophotography

Really enjoy taking photos on misty days but went out with just my phone this morning in case I ended up falling over trying to wrangle a camera, my dog and ice. This turned out better than I’d hoped on what was a pretty dark morning.

The world doesn’t feel like such a nice place right now so I can’t tell you how much I’m looking forward to reliving my teens with the help of @markradcliffe.bsky.social & @marcrileydj.bsky.social. They’re the reason I wanted to work at BBC North so much. Thanks for the careers guidance chaps.

Just fell over on some ice whilst walking the dog down a residential road. I’ve cut my hand in three places but I’m more annoyed that I’ll probably be on various doorbell cam footage.

My local park in Manchester is currently home to around 25 #highlandcows including some calves. Some of them are very friendly, and saying hello to them is a particularly wholesome way to start the day. I’ve got a feeling they may be moved on soon but I do hope they’ll stay. #highlandcattle #hello
