Cool but the GOP funding bill, a main topic at these town halls, was passed with the help of 10 Senate Dems. Need to fix that too and replace Schumer as party leader

No it must be Republicans working with DEMS to get the few votes in Senate they need to pass bills, not the other way around. Dems have been giving in to nominees and bills now while claiming everything the admin is doing is unacceptable. You can't call them fascists and also work with them

Tbf, this press conference seems to be before the full vote even took place on the CR bill? So House dems wouldn't have decided yet at that point what to do about Schumer, nor did they know yet that the 10 Senate Dems would end up fully betraying them to pass the bill. So I get he wouldn't say Y/N

I havent seen a statement from her even, has anyone else? No press releases on her page. Shaheen is not running for re-election, so I suspect she took the L for Senate Dems who wanted the bill to pass but didn't want it on their voting record. This is worse for fed workers per AFGE fed union

Just want to highlight for everyone what is the purpose of a letter - it contributes to the building of these court cases against DOGE. A letter from a Congress member can be powerful evidence that says um we told you we think you are violating the law.

Circulate them y'all. Show up at these Senators' town halls. Tell your Senators you want Chuck out of leadership. Tell people about Dem primaries that occur every year in Spring/Summer. Tell them midterms are in 2026.
