postscript postscript: he would like to clarify that he can taste the garlic, but the taste is not as strong as the smell. last couple times I’ve done this we cooked outside; having it all contained inside really does flip the experience a bit

it is a pretty shallow flavour- I have a few criticisms of the original recipe- but! The garlic is strong but not the dominant flavour- the pasta and tomato are coming through and then the garlic is just in the throat

A tip I got from the internet a few years ago was to paint at electrical socket cover to match the paint of the wall, and to write the paint details on the back side. Then it ages with the room and is portable enough to carry to the store for matching.
