Zarah Sultana just SHAMED every other MP over Labour's DWP benefit cuts

"MPs getting a 2.8% pay rise is indefensible... [amid] the biggest cuts to disability benefits on record".

So, Sultana will be donating her extra money. What about the 649 others?

So more people are claiming out of work sickness benefits since 2020.

What could be driving that?

Is it people suddenly feigning mental and physical ill health or could it be more people are waiting for treatment?

A thousand times this.
Surprised to see so many headlines from news outlets suggesting Putin has agreed to a ceasefire.

He’s done no such thing. He’s basically said he would do in theory, providing his conditions are met, on his terms. Which is just a variation on what he’s always said.

Every time you read about a proposed cut to benefits, look at the overall amount.

For the current round of cuts, it is about £6 billion.

And then remember that Brexit is costing the British economy £100 billion per year. (Bloomberg estimate)

Cutting disability benefits won't get people into work.

But nationalising essential services will stop the billionaires ripping you off and force them to get proper jobs where they have to produce something worth buying instead of extorting you using things you have to buy.
