This happens to me sometimes. I think it's a combination of the friction from leg movement and the fact that sweat pools down there. Lower quality latex (like Chinese sheeting and any moulded socks) will also have more proteins in it, which can cause allergic reactions.

And this is why I have a fucking machine lol.

They're Hunter Lapins, size 9. They're no longer made, and difficult to find. I got mine many years ago for a decent price.
