I saw a billboard today for the selective service registration of men 18-25. The craft was abolished in 1973 so I was confused. After a quick google search I discovered that in 1980 a law was passed requiring all men 18-25 to register for selective service in the event that the draft is reinstated.

He is officially a convicted felon. A convicted felon who received rights and privileges that do not apply to the citizens of the Inited States. Think about that.
