In honor of @cirrusparfum.bsky.social Enforced Modesty launch day, allow me to share some of my ramblings I sent to Zoey in the trial stage—where I didn’t have a single note. A testament to how well she imparted the intended notes!

I’m an unabashed Avon bottle defender. I would be so happy if my whole collection was filled with this level of kitschy whimsy. On a modern note, love @marissazappas.bsky.social bottles as well as Clue Perfumery’s.

#SOTD: Linen Tutu’s Afterthought @ 7. A real life healing potion. Bright, vegetal sea fennel & violet leaves, complemented by soft, airy driftwood. Refreshing, gentle. In the best way, it doesn’t ask much of you. A “salve for the soul” as @bignosetalgia.bsky.social put it. Exactly what I needed.
