COVID tried its best to kill me this time and nearly was successful. My doctor says that he sees an alarming amount of people with severe infections with current variants. Problem: no statistics anymore here in DE, so people still think everything’s fine. I am sick since 7 weeks. Please wear a mask.
There’s no shame in starting or restarting masking or distancing right now. Every action you take to keep yourself and others safe is worth it. Don’t let your brain trick you that it’s “too late”
We're in a surge so here's your reminder that while it's best to be infected 0 times, if you've been infected before, just do your best to avoid being infected again. You should always be trying to avoid your next infection. The damage adds up. Your body will thank you later.
