What has been your coping mechanism since the election? Mine has been aquariums. Free entertainment for the dogs & cats I guess.

I channel a lot of my anxiety into animal related hobbies. This year has been heavily aquarium-focused.
I set up a new planted tank this week & added a betta. Birdie the puppy has discovered our new friend.

I also have a small flock of 12 chickens. And we have a foster dog named Rosie right now who has shit recall but is too cute to stay mad at. Between politics & animals, I stay busy.
