I've seen a few odd posts like this one alleging the opposition are fascist and aligned with North Korea. Not sure where that's coming from. The DPRK might be an awful place to live, but autocracy and fascism aren't synonymous. There are lots of awful forms of government! bsky.app/profile/soul...

Interesting sight in the: Irish General Election: Fianna Fáil are the only party even mathematically *trying* to win a majority. Every other party is running for less than half of the 174 seats in the Dáil. Many, even among the middleweights, aren't running in every constituency
