What will the future of the warming stripes be?

2024 could be the start of a stabilisation of global temperatures, or it might appear to be a cool year.

Which one of these stories becomes reality depends on our choices today, and every day until then.

We are likely to regret not acting sooner.

I wrote this piece last year for my lovely dad who died very suddenly in March 2020. His funeral was one of the awful covid ones, with only a handful of us, all spaced out, so it gives me comfort to honour him in a nicer way ❤️

So proud to take part and considered, enthusiastic interviewing from Laura made me proud!
A momentous day yesterday… our SGSAH CDA student Laura MacDonald’s first oral history interview with Agnes’s son @gentleman-of-west.bsky.social

It’s thanks to John we are fortunate to host Agnes’s archive and it’s a real privilege to work with him on bringing her work to wider attention.

I love Mark Rylance. I love the Wolf Hall books. I absolutely adore the #WolfHall series ❤️ I bore myself (and my husband) by constantly commenting throughout - isn’t he wonderful! Aren’t his eyebrows so EXPRESSIVE! Don’t you just love him 😍🥰 I’m going to be sad when it’s finished.
