I got a Jaipur v2 with an ef ultra flex nib. This nib has a great range, I love the piston filler.

Roasting the squash makes the skin easier to remove, but it makes the soup too sweet. Don't do it.
Fry onion, fat, and spices > add cubed squash & liquid, boil > Red lentils at the end > blend > salt. Perfection.
