Next gadget, entertainment, experience - there's always a new hit of dopamine waiting around the corner. Social media feeds our tendency towards comparison, making it seem like you need to keep up with the Joneses. 👀 But this cycle only leads to discontent.

Navigating the airport. I was very sick for a long time and trying to get a wheelchair in the airport was a whole experience. It also felt so humiliating. I almost missed my flight, as well. I wish there were more options for people who need wheel chairs- especially when going through security.

I have FND as well, and I know how it feels to not be taken seriously by medical “professionals.” It’s not right. At all. Your FND is NOT your fault. FND cannot be shamed out of someone- that just makes the symptoms worse. I’m so sorry you’ve had to go through that. You don’t deserve that.
