I think since he has basically no human skin showing, the velour suit/partial pieces count as a fursuit imo. As long as your skin is 85% covered, it counts. It's different for everyone tho. Mascots could be considered fursuits, but they represent a brand/institution more than a person, so prbly not.

Hopefully I will someday soon! I've been in the process of making myself a fursuit head, and would like to go to TFF or something smaller. 🤔 I will have to prepare though by bringing lots of medicine just in case lol
