It really bothers me that White Americans answer to watching racism and other bigotry destroying American society is to cozy up to racists instead of wholly rejecting their thought process and holding racist accountable.

That means White people, anyone with privilege, needs to speak up and advocate for anyone of color. The current administration wants to make America a white country. That is clearly part of their sick objective, which is insidiously laid out in Project 2025.

With a couple of sales today, I hit 2,000 sales this year. I am fully aware this year is an outlier. My best prior to this year was 173. 2k is likely never happening again. So many sales came from Itch bundles, but so many came from people just taking a chance on my books themselves. I'm so grateful

I agree two truths can co-exist. There likely is some unconscious anti-Blackness at play here. I just think if we want to search for a dominant factor though, it must be taken into account that there's an anti-establishment view sweeping DEM voters right now.
