9:59 Ill 87) Cancel proportion of residencies in ObGyn, which is deeply political. This is a plea to bring on a urogynecologist to highlight the invisibility to care of urinary and fecal/air incontinence that are endemic to older women. Their work is life-changing to women who are sandwiched between generations at a time of high physical demand in our lives. Their research grants are the lowest in all the specialties, and they also have the lowest number of fellowships and are the lowest paid specialty surgeons. And most of us women get old and need more than fancy diapers! I look forward to following and to going back to listen to your previous episodes!! Power to you!! • English -69/
