From this statement, it sounds like the next HC gets to decide the football structure. I’m not sure any of the remaining candidates should be entrusted to do that, other than Pete Carroll and *maybe* Mike McCarthy.

I have no idea how Urban got Shad to invest in the facilities, lol.
Trent Baalke taking a lot of the (rightful) heat for the Jags mess of a coaching search. But from everything I’ve heard, it’s not just a Baalke problem. It’s a general “these guys don’t have their shit together and don’t want to make the necessary changes”

Urban Meyer did a number on his psyche. Like he’s gun shy from making any major changes and it’s evident that it stems from that tenure.
