You have a strange notion of factual, given the rest of that sentence imputing a fantasy version of Democrat agenda items, all pulled from Repub campaign rhetoric.This is blatantly, nakedly partisan. As for lawsuits, who prosecutes Hatch Act violations?...the DOJ. Question asked. Question answered.

This is a clear use of federal resources (web site and labor) to make a partisan point. Couldn't be a clearer violation.
