What about Murkowski and Collins' voting patterns in the past few months make you think that they won't rubber stamp an abortion ban or an anti-LGBTQ+ law? They voted for RFK Jr., the federal trans sports ban that died in cloture and the Big Bullshit Bill despite the obvious negative consequences.

They absolutely have more than 50 votes for a nationwide ban on trans people. *Every* Republican voted for the federal trans sports ban bill that died in cloture because of the 60 vote threshold. I'd assume the same for a federal abortion ban too.
