2/2 Along with legions of suggested natural remedies, I've had my first taste of a ‘rock doctor’ emergency cortisone shot (an anecdote that I will be dining out on for some time 😆). I'm def on the mend, but I want these last dates to be perfect, and RnR is the best strategy.

6/6 I am now dosed up on cold meds, lozenges and endless ginger/lemon/honey brews, trying to keep my mouth shut for Tuesday’s show in Denver! (While Moose watches the footie)

5/6 Lastly, HUGE love to last night’s Turf Club St Paul’s audience. My voice vanished, and I somehow croaked my way through the set, but it wasn’t ideal and I am so sorry you didn’t get the full MB3 experience. Thank you for being SO supportive and understanding, I can’t thank you enough.

4/6 Big love to Joe in DC for dinner with a real live congressman and to Jo Lenardi for bringing a kettle for the bus (vital!). Also Eric for emergency tour managing and CJLO for the radio session, and the recommend for PumPui restaurant in Motreal. You were right – it was the ABSOLUTE BEST!

3/6 Moose only just made it to DC and we are still waiting for Gina’s band to get theirs and join the tour. But we are absolutely making the best of it, supporting each other through the stress and looking out for one another with love and hugs (and guesting in Gina’s set!)

2/6 First off, thanks SO MUCH to every single person who has come to see us. The audiences have been LOVELY – it’s been an absolute joy. I wish it wasn’t our last visit, but the visa hurdles are just so punishing. I’ve been through this process four times now, and it has never been easy…
