I finally got a chance to ink my recreation of Marvel’s Classic X-Men #1! I learned from the penciling phase and did this one at 17” x 22”.
I recreated one of my favorite comic covers of all time, Classic X-Men #1. I challenged myself with no computer, iPad, tracing, or any shortcuts. Inspired by The Art of Arthur Adams book, who shared his final art was based on a John Romita sketch, then later discovered was actually by Tom Morgan.
