Then you have all the other more well known composers. Tchaikovsky, Beethoven, Dvorak, Copeland, Williams, etc

Leonard Berstein… one of the greatest modern composers ever.

Not really looking for current artists because the goal is to expose them to people and styles they likely wouldn't know. I was inspired to do this years ago when I asked a student their favorite singer of all time, and they responded with "lil Baby" ☹️
