Old Texas Lawyer
Sounds like Commander Mitch Bradley is the one most likely to be the subject of a war crimes investigation and the one that could face punishment, up to execution. He either ordered the second strike or executed Hegseth's order to kill survivors in the water.

We've already got James Talerico going for the senate seat, but no one of consequence going after Abbott. She should run for governor.

You are getting this wrong. Texas Rs overextended. To increase their seats they had to reduce their margins, so went from R+12 to R+5. Projecting from this months elections, Texas Rs could lose seats due to redistricting. The court figured this out and is protecting them from catostrophic losses.

I supported his last run because he was a Democrat. Unfortunately, his campaign spent most of its time telling people how he would distance himself from Democrats to be "independant." Voters want strength. A person who supports his policies and explains why. Beto did that. Talerico is doing it now.

Except schools, businesses and most of dailey life is synchronized around the "clock." Change school drop off times and parents will be late for work. DST solves this by making the change coordinated. If changes bug you, I vote for year-round DST.

I like DST. More light in the evening is great and kids don't walk to school anymore. Daylight in the morning is simply not as useful.

Was he President at the time? Go after all the billionaires and politicians, but the predilections of an ex-politician are just tabloid fodder and lawsuits (criminal and civil if not barred by limitations). The corruption is active influence against the public interest.
