In just the dozen years from 2008 to 2020 5,590 Palestinian deaths were attributed to the occupation campared to 251 Isreali deaths. The Palestinians should be good little citizens and let the jewish citizens pick them off and take their land.

I don't disagree that economics was almost irrelevant to the discussion. Unfortunately, your article does not suggest an alternative. My conclusion is negative news from the Right is highly effective at spinning ones view of the economy when every event is a reason for blame (see Palisades fire).

"No one could afford anything," Where do you get your data? Median wages have exceeded inflation. Accordingly, the average worker should have been more than able to afford anything they could have before Biden.
