Can we just take a moment to acknowledge how good Nick Suzuki and Lane Hutson are. And that a lot of people said Lane was too small for the NHL and Nick isn’t a #1 center. Fuuuck that. So good.

The NHL has fined Florida’s Niko Mikkola $5,000, the *maximum* allowable under the CBA, for his cowardly & dangerous slapshot towards David Savard’s head at the end of the game yesterday against Montreal.
The Habs may send Arber Xhekaj to collect the payment.
