Irony a bit too heavy handed here

The new administration has disintegrated education research contracts. We will no longer be able to compare educational performance of US students to other countries. For instance, we will no longer know that the US performs significantly below almost half of OECD participants in Math (PISA 2022)

I included a proposed redesign of Capitol and Oakland to include a two-way cycle track, acknowledging it's purpose as a main artery but prioritizing pedestrians and bicyclists by

- eliminating right turns on red lights (adding RTO traffic signals)
- adding bicycle signals at intersections
