#NovemberMovies 12) Predator: Badlands (2025) on an alien world a predator is on a quest to slay a mighty beast with help from a Weyland-Yutani synthetic. Fresh original take on the franchise and the best Prefator-Alien crossover movie to date. 7/10

Books in the series. Still the characters are nice enough and it has the cosy mystery small village feel. The bits revolving around magic are the most interesting.

#NovemberMovies 21) The choral (2025) Alan Bennett scripted comedy drama starring Ralph Fiennes as a small town choirmaster in WW1. Full of dry Bennett humour, beautiful Yorkshire scenery and a timely reminder of the horrors of war 7/10

It pits team leader Professor Xavier against the Shadow King a powerful psychic mutant with both the original and new X-Men teams caught in the middle. You can feel the change of writers unfortunately which detracts from the story as a whole.

A great episode for fans of me. With facial hair, every guest character seems to have a moustache, bushy beard or mutton chops
