This is a worrisome study. It explains a lot with today’s culture but I would hate to see this used as a reason to cut back on Social Studies or layer on another level of testing and monitoring in our classrooms.

Senator John Thune (R-SD) has won the race to be GOP Majority Leader in the U.S. Senate. Rick Scott, the MAGA favorite, was knocked out of contention after the first round. Thune then defeated Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX) 29-24.

This is an important read, especially and as MAGA/GOP begin thinking about a 2028 successor. “Evangelicals didn’t betray their values; Trump was the culmination of their half-century-long pursuit of a militant, masculine Christianity.”
