Totally 100%. A go so far that's to say, when you read black and native American history, that is what we truly are. Horrific treatment of our fellow human beings, animals and our environment, sitting side by side with unimaginable heroism and bravery. Only by embracing that truth will we evolve.

I would even say, Black and Native American history is the only history that matters. Whenever someone says, "This is NOT who we are", is point out that yes, that is EXACTLY who we are, and should be ashamed of the difference.
