The biggest breach ever happened at Yahoo in 2013–2014, with hackers stealing data from all 3 billion accounts.

But instead of alerting users, Yahoo stayed quiet for years and only admitted it during the Verizon deal in 2016, even then they lied claiming it was just 1 billion.
