The performance by #saintsfc yesterday was one of the most inept I have seen. Ramsdale and Fernandes aside they looked like a Sunday league team. With that teamsheet it was always going to go that way. It's like he wants to make life difficult for himself.

Poor recruitment, poor refereeing, and ultimately stubbornness were RMs downfall. I can see someone like Steve Cooper having a go, or maybe Lallana until the end of the season #saintsfc

Wood did enough for me to keep Stephens out of the team. A back 3 with THB & Bednarek looks good enough for the captaincy debate to not be an issue #saintsfc

If VAR can't do their thing in, say, 3 minutes, they should stick with the on field decision. About 4 of the 5 minutes last night was taken on a factual offside that I could see was level with the naked eye on Sky's screenshot. Fans would know what to expect if there was a rule #saintsfc
