Elon Musk says he’ll take a million people to Mars as backup against the collapse of civilisation - while he’s installing politicians who’ll kill net zero: Trump, Advance UK (after Reform UK), AfD. What's going on?

They didn’t question why Musk, the EV guy, backed a climate change liar for President.

Why he said vote Reform UK & AfD when they too will kill net zero.

Or notice how DOGE threats led the FAA to clear his exploding Starships for launch.

Or that Musk fell out with Trump over who is NASA Director.
These commentaries suggesting the Republicans are done at the end of Trump’s term ⬇️ miss the following scenarios:

1. Musk succeeds in weaponising the Epstein Files to replace Trump with JD Vance.

2. Trump is incapacitated by (another?) stroke and Vance assumes power.

Musk quote in Business Insider:

"We'll have, in a benign scenario, universal high income," Musk said. "Anyone can have any products or services that they want. But there will be a lot of trauma and disruption along the way."

Elsewhere, Musk predicts the collapse of civilisation - see post 2.

Elon Musk has spent the last few weeks outlining a future with Optimus — one that will "eliminate" poverty, work, and require a universal income.

‘Katie Hopkins, the far-right commentator who also marched shoulder to shoulder with Robinson, said in a recent interview: "Certainly the time of the crusades will need to come again... We are overrun."’

🤷‍♂️ The crusades literally overran the Middle East. Hopkins wants a repeat?!?
The rise of Christian nationalism in Britain and its relationship with the far right
A new type of Christianity - more militant, more political - is on the rise. But some in the Church of England claim this is a "corruption" of their faith.

I always thought the bias of the BBC was putting Nigel Farage and Reform UK representatives on air far more than justified by their representation in Parliament or election vote (just 14%).

The problem is editors took Twitter noise to mean something and forgot Musk now controls the algorithm.

We’ve had nothing from the media on preparations for the COP Climate Change Conference as they obsess over who will win the UK election in 2029 and whether Trump will run for a third term.

Our leaders could have been questioned over how to isolate and contain Trump’s ridiculous regime.

The far right are not tapping into the unspoken prejudices of people, they are planting seeds and fertilising them.

Elon Musk uses X as the greenhouse to boost this growth and propagate it further, when in the past the seeds died in darkness.

The solution? Shine sunlight on the truth.

If we achieve net zero and sustainability, a golden future awaits.

By definition, non-renewable energy will come to an end. We might as well embrace the transition while there is chance to stabilise the climate.

Trump’s biggest mistake should bite him in the ass. Here’s how to make it happen.

When Musk is awarded a $ 1 trillion pay package, he must become even more convinced reality is a simulation he will win by taking a million people to Mars.

The rest of are non-player characters who are expendable, hence his action to kill USAID and net zero without a second thought.

The COP Climate Change Conference.

Instead of spending every day on the small boats crossing the channel, journalists could have interrogated politicians on policies for securing our future survival.

Elon Musk wants one trillion dollars so he can put the world on a course to achieve his lifelong ambition of living on Mars in an independent, self-sustaining civilisation for a million chosen survivors.

Earth is condemned to population collapse and climate breakdown.

If only we’d been warned….

Elon Musk used the horrific Southport murders and the riots that followed untrue claims that the killer was an asylum seeker in his campaign to bring down the Labour government.

Now we know the killer watched a stabbing video on Musk’s X platform minutes before starting his attack.

Apparently Rachel Reeves is considering removing VAT from energy bills – which will preferentially reward those using more energy.

Better to tax emissions and and use the income to pay an allowance to everyone covering their fair share. This rewards those who use less and prompts behaviour change.

Instead of rewarding people who use more energy, Rachel Reeves could do the following:

Tax emissions, use the income to pay everyone an allowance covering their fair share of emissions and, voila, you end child poverty, reduce income inequality, hit CO2 targets and it’s fiscally neutral.

If you believe in the survival of the human race, you have to believe in the transition to renewable energy because fossil fuels will inevitably run out.

It makes sense to make the transition now, while we still have fossil fuels for backup and can stabilise the climate.

Embrace the moment.

Finally Laura Kuenssberg talks to someone about climate change, with passing reference to the COP climate change meeting in two weeks.

Fail to stand up to Trump and we pass the point of 1.5 deg. C temperature rise very soon.

Debate that rather than who might win the general election in 2029.

The real reason Elon Musk fell out with Trump is revealed in the post Musk made just 25 minutes before dropping the “really big bomb” claiming Trump is in the Epstein Files.

Great Guardian article. ⬇️

I think the counter to the Broken Britain narrative should be that we stand on the verge of a golden age if we can just grasp it and keep the wreckers from power.

We can achieve net zero and sustainability, which secures the future.

Musk and his proxies see collapse.

Musk has again posted “Only AfD can save Germany”.

Where are the commentators and politicians asking why the EV guy wants to install a party that will kill net zero in Germany, just as he installed Trump in the US?

It’s something I’ve been analysing since before Trump’s inauguration.

Consider the disease, wars, tyranny, inequality, misogyny, slavery, short lifespans, ignorance, distance to drinking water, cold and darkness of past centuries and you must conclude we live in a golden age.

See the forces destroying what has been achieved and you realise how fragile it may be.
