Feb 25: StuntGIRLS with Caro* at Domkeller—sold out, great fun, caught the flu. Had to cancel my gig with Sascha Appelt. Bummer! Down and out for 10 days, binged 4 seasons „Yellowstone“. Recovered just in time to see Rob Lynch in Cologne with my SO (Happy birthday!) Finally learned „Wagon Wheel“.

One week down: not a single Instagram Reels, no scrolling through my Facebook feed—just checking birthdays in the morning. I thought it would be harder, but I don’t miss it at all. Better yet, turns out I’m not missing a goddamn thing, either!

Allein gestern waren deutschlandweit knapp 120.000 Menschen auf den Straßen gegen Rechtsruck und AfD. Es gibt keine vergleichbare Massenbewegung. Wo sind diejenigen, die sonst behaupten, man müsste "besorgte Bürger" ernst nehmen? Wo diejenigen, die für "das Volk" sprechen wollen? Da ist es!

Meta forcing ad breaks into my doomscrolling sessions is honestly hilarious. Every time it happens, I don’t watch the ad but quit using Facebook or Instagram and, as a bonus, get reminded how much of a shitty time sink these apps really are. Thanks for the unintentional intervention, I guess?
