President Trump has offered a vision of the US occupying Gaza. While some Republicans will praise his "resolving" the Arab-Israeli conflict, this idea is risky. We need to get a long-term cease-fire in place, and establish a roadmap to self-determination in Gaza, before getting more deeply involved.
