Greetings my name is Mika, I am a major fan of music and sound for games in years. I also really love cooking and stuff like it.

Music Producer, Audio Director for Danaganronpa Another Remake, and for certain games in my portfolio as shown below.

Age: 28
Regardless, there going to be a bit of a rebrand starting in 2026 and I be announcing this in my YT channel very soon via a post.

The main reason why I am doing this, is to make my content standout a bit more then the usual gamerips.

It also will help me prevent from getting my channel flagged by YT bots.

Sadly a lot of gamerip channels are victims of this like The Ring of Geonosis and gilvasunner. Rather safe then sorry.

1. My YT channel will no focus on gamerips in general. This is to prevent the YT bots from flagging my channel.

2. It will be more focus remixes and covers I've collaborated with friends in general.

3. Some parody content will be uploaded but it will be pretty rare in uploads.

I have privated videos before and they were pretty crap pretty much. They were full of errors and typos, once again I made theses as a teenager.

My English was awful in them, to this day I still struggle with English due to really bad education.

There going to be a bit of a rebrand in the future.

I have uploaded soundtracks I enjoyed for a while and share them with others. I did the gamerip of Call of Duty 3 and among others for a while. I will not be unlisting and privating the videos though.

I work hard to extract them from the files for a while.

I don't think the video game of Goldeneye wouldn't be the same without the Eric Serra inspired soundtrack.

Likely the game soundtrack in a alternative universe would been more orchestral in nature similar to John Barry style with the signature style that Grant and Graeme is known for.

Anyway Eric Serra score is not perfect by all means, without it we wouldn't have the iconic soundtrack of the video game.

According to Graeme Norgate, Grant Kirkhope, they were inspired by the movie score for the game.

Graeme even took inspiration Serra use of timpani in the movie score.

I have seen talented composers who continued the legacy of composers in there respective films or games.

Like Gordy Haab with John Williams for Star Wars, David Arnold with 007, Tee Lopes with Sonic, it always great to have new talent involved in a franchise who is passionate in their craft.

I do strongly believe in the idea of a composer having a new take of a franchise of a game and movie. I do respect the risks when these folks do different music for a sequel or so.

I seen it with Plants Vs Zombies 2, Castlevania, Crash Bandicoot, Metal Gear, Sonic, much more.

There were generally fair criticisms like the sound of the movie being dated compared to the live orchestral scores by Barry, Kamen, etc. Even then a rompler type sound is not the end of the world.

The other one is the score not living up to John Barry legacy in terms of tradition and style.

I think the most common criticism of the movie I seen is the score being called "elevator music" which is pretty silly tbh.

Even then none of the music sounds like Muzak at all unless you count that scene when Bond was driving his car at the beginning of the movie.

I feel Eric Serra score for Goldeneye is overhated in my opinion and I think it's a breathe of fresh air for Bond.

John Barry scores were wonderful but I think hearing Goldeneye being score by him would been cool. I don't think it would happened.

Let's not forget he turn down to score Goldeneye.

The Timesplitters remix album was meant to celebrate the games in terms of there music and this is due to Embracer shutting down FRD altogether and cancelling the upcoming game. (Not referring to the Fortnite clone btw)

Either way, we all had a fun time working on it, need to do the YT video btw.

I don't know if anyone will be interested in the idea, my friend @sjcompose.bsky.social was on board to it and I came up with the first track idea we are planning to produce and direct together.

This project for the most part will be done for fun then gather any views or recognition.

Portal 2: Google Translate Edition (2024)

Role: Additional Translator.

Note: I actually did the scripts for Cave Johnson and Wheatley, they were done around December 2021 during the mod development. I did Wheatley first and then Cave Johnson later on. It was a fun project though.
