As someone who’s spent some of his most formative teenage summers in Taiwan—enjoying it’s flavors and sounds and scents—I couldn’t recommend Yáng Shuāng-zǐ‘s “Taiwán Travelogue” more. A delightful novel that weaves together the joys of translation, exploration and a deep love for connection and food

¿Qué hace el escudo de Portugal en el escudo de armas de la ciudad de Ceuta?
Imagen del escudo nacional portugués. Está formado por un campo de plata, cinco escusones de azur, puestos en cruz, cargados cada uno de cinco bezantes de plata, colocados en aspa, y una bordura de gules cargada de siete castillos de oro, tres en jefe, dos en flanco y dos hacia la punta, todo ello asentado sobre una esfera armilar en oro y avivada de sable. Los elementos del mencionado escudo portugués están sujetos por dos ramas de olivo en oro, atados por una cinta de colores rojo y verde que reproduce los colores de la bandera. Escudo de armas de la ciudad de Ceuta. Está compuesto por un blasón de plata, cinco escusones de azur, puestos en cruz, cargados cada uno de cinco bezantes de plata, colocados en aspa; bordura de gules cargada de siete castillos de oro, dos en jefe, dos en flanco y tres en punta. A diferencia del escudo portugués, en el del país hay tres castillos en jefe en la bordura y solo dos hacia la punta. La otra diferencia es la corona, que tradicionalmente en Portugal fue la real y luego la mural republicana y ahora no suele coronarse, mientras que en Ceuta se utiliza la marquesal.

I suppose Facebook wouldn’t be the best platform to reach out to young(er) musical fans to remind them that they need to renew their passports but still think this is great for social media content
