I could be wrong, but I think the word processor was called WRITE. In any case, the document format it produced was not compatible with Word, as I found out when I handled resume files for an HR department.

Yup, coin-op taxes are a relic of the old anti-pinball gambling days. Evidently, modern vending machines are increasingly moving to a model where snacks/goods can be purchased using apps only, eliminating the tax.
