Pushed myself hard today, broke 2 PRs, went up con cable curl, to 10 reps at 62.3kg (2 hands), and on Dumbbell curls, to 11 reps at 20kg (1 hand). Was a bit low since I've plateau'd my weightloss, so had to push myself for motivation.

1st Pic is Oct 1st 22, 138.7kg, 2nd Pic is today, Oct 6th 23, 118.5kg.
Still lots to do, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't happy w/my progress.
