Also the shadow docket being used for a constant stream of "emergencies" must be addressed as well. Term limits only go so far. Expanding the court and many other reforms must be on the table.

Hand counting leads to human error, especially when larger numbers of ballots need to be counted. Tabulators are publicly tested for accuracy.

Yes to hand marked paper ballots, but counting by hand is less accurate.

So they can't give discounts to a segment of their customers. In this case SNAP beneficiaries. But what about senior discounts? They give certain people savings and not others.
